Quite a bit missing here and I would suggest adding a time frame to avoid confusion. For example, the Union of South Africa was formed from 4 colonies (Natal, Orange Free State, Cape Colony and the Transvaal), but historically these colonies may have been formed from other colonies. The Cape Colony incorporated former colonies such as Stellaland, Goshen, Griqualand and British Kaffraria. Similarly Gabon, Cameroon, Congo and the CAR were all part of French Equitorial Africa, which isn't on your list. A good start to what could be a great quiz, but needs a bit of polishing.
