I think Eddie Cicotte should be on the list. Though one of the 1919 "Black Sox", he like Shoeless Joe Jackson, had an outstanding career record. Cicotte was 209-148 (.585 winning %), pitched 35 shutouts, career WHIP of 1.15, and career ERA of 2.38.

Stan Coveleski pitched 14 years in the bigs with a lifetime ERA of 2.89. Definitely top 100 on any list... I also agree that Cicotte should be on the list. The other omission, which may not be so obvious, is David Cone --- such a money pitcher, he was 8-3 in the post season, and from '88 thru '97, he was as dominate as any pitcher at the height of the PED era.
