I did really bad on this. So many formerly important suburbs have enormous, deserted industrial buildings and half lost over half their population, some have only 1/10 the people they used to. It's hard to gauge as an infrequent traveler. I still think it's in one of the most beautiful settings of a major U.S. city, despite its decline.
