Yep. 76/100 total points classifies it as "free". you need at least 71/100 to be considered free (with some exceptions). I'm aware of the controversy, but this is according to freedom house, not me.

correction: the category is actually determined by a combination of civil liberties and political rights, and some countries can have a score as low as 67 and still be considered "free".
