I live in Cali and I’ve never heard anything about us wanting to be independent. I think the States are pretty stable when it comes to regions and states wanting independence, unlike, say Georgia (country).

The two US examples are the most unlikely by far. Canada will take over the US before it lets a state become independent. It's even impossible by law.
