South Hill and East Hill Meridian are not cities they are areas of Puyallup, Spanaway and Parkland are parts of Tacoma. I did look them up and what they are called are census-designated places. they get their own census but they do not have their own governments. SO they do not qualify as cities!

A lot of these places aren't cities. I would also include Woodinville and Monroe

I only got Seattle
