Philadelphia is missing on the map. Gurgaon and Noida are just part of Delhi subway system, so is Foshan part of Guangzhou subway. Otherwise excellent quiz.
Thanks for your time to try my Quiz. As I have already mentioned cities within the same urban agglomeration with different rapid transits are needed to be guessed separately. Foshan, Gurgaon, Noida and Taoyuan have independent distinct Metro Systems
Gurugram's Rapid Metro System is not a part of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation and so is Noida Metro. Till recently, you have to leave Delhi Metro for Noida Metro. As an Indian, I would say that these three are different metro systems. Ask Chinese for Guangzhou...
Nice quiz - FYI there is no 'Newcastle Metro' in the UK. It's the 'Tyne and Wear Metro' which also serves Sunderland, North Shields, South Shields and Tynemouth. Perhaps you could make 'Tyne and Wear' the official answer and accept the others as alternatives?
A lot of Metro and Subway systems extends far beyond the city limits to other cities. Like Delhi Metro extends well in Bahadurgarh, Faridabad and Gaziabad. London Underground serves the counties of Buckinghamshire, Essex and Hertfordshire.
Tyne and Wear Metro is probably named after the river though I might be wrong.
But this Wikipedia Article states it as a rapid transit serving the Metropolitan Area of Newcastle. And Tyne and Wear Metro is featured in this Wikipedia < a href="https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_metro_systems">Article as well serving Newcastle.
This is a great quiz, but I don’t see the need for a map. It takes away from testing someone’s knowledge or intuition about where metro systems may be, and ends up being naming a group of cities on a world map that happens to be filtered by having metro systems.
For instance, I had no idea that Lima, Peru had a system and probably wouldn’t have gotten it otherwise. But I guessed it because obviously there is a dot where Lima is.
I just Noticed Yugoslavia has reunitedYeah, and Boliguay!Tyne and Wear Metro is probably named after the river though I might be wrong.
