Escape from Reykjavik to Havana

You have just escaped a prison in Reykjavik . You want to get to Havana. The only route you can take is to swim to the nearest Island nation capital city. Starting with Reykjavik swim to its nearest island capital city. When you guess correctly, your next hint will be your guessed country's nearest capital and so on and so on until you reach Havana. You can only use each capital city once. The route in some places won't be the shortest. Good Luck!
