The quiz should accept Judea now. Technically, however, the region is Judea and the kingdom was Judah.

That Sheba was in Ethiopia is just one theory. I believe the most accepted one is actually that it was in Yemen.

I've visited the alleged site of the Queen of Sheba's residence in Ethiopia. I think it was somewhere outside of Gondar. Of course, that's for tourists. Realistically, yes, it's not really known if or where there was an actual Sheba. Maybe in Ethiopia. Maybe Yemen or Sudan or elsewhere.
