Wondered how the USA could be so low, but then realized Armstrong's must have been stricken from the record books.

Armstrong won 19 stages. So USA would jump Australia and Denmark in the rankings IF those would count. You could argue that in the 100 year history of this race the impact of seven years of dominance by one rider isn't THAT big when you look at stage wins on country level.
