Also, do all states have to learn their counties as part of the curriculum? Because if so imagine living in Texas or Georgia

I didn't have to learn the counties of Michigan to the tune of a song. I don't even think we had to learn them all.

Ok, so there are no counties named after Washington, Adams, Jefferson, Madison, Monroe, or even Jackson, but you name one after John C. Calhoun? Really?

And technically I can't comment either because Michigan does that same thing( they at least have a Van Buren County though)

To be fair, he was from the state—but then again, so was Jackson.
