Cuba technically shares a border with the US - Guantanamo Bay is US territory. And Cyprus technically shares a border with Northern Cyprus (though it's only recognized by Turkey).
Can you accept Philippines with two Ls and one P instead of one L and two Ps because I've spelt it that way a gajillion times on other quizzes and it's been fine. Thanks, sweet quiz though.
Cyprus borders Northern Cyprus and a British overseas territory. Bahrain borders Saudi Arabia by a causeway and Singapore borders Malaysia by a causeway.
Northern Cyprus is not a country, and the TWO British Overseas Territories are also not countries. Bahrain and Singapore - building a bridge to each other is not the same as two countries sharing one piece of land.
It is not bordering Indonesia, but it is connected to Malaysia by the Johor-Singapore-Causeway, an artifical dam. If this qualifies as a land border is a question of definition. I also don't know if this dam is continous or if there is some break in between to let the water flow. Maybe someone else knows better.
Micronesia is not a country. The Federated States of Micronesia is a country, but this quiz did not accept it, and instead accepted 'Micronesia', which is the name of a region consisting of five countries. This is the equivalent of expecting people to write 'America' for the USA or 'England' for the United Kingdom.
Good quiz, but definitely should accept FSM for Federated States of Micronesia, as well as Cabo Verde for Cape Verde, as almost all other quizzes on Jetpunk do.
Cyprus has a border.
I've gotten this far without learning how to spell it.
like every other quiz accepts this for new zealand
