February 2021 - Update about Episode IX

Two answers were added: the asteroid on which Kylo Ren's mask is reforged, as well as one place through which Poe uses hyperspace skipping.

The two other places seen in said scene are the Typhonic Nebula, which obviously isn't a planetoid, while the other is only known as Ivexia for now. Since it's still unclear if that's the name of the city with Mirror-Spires or the whole planet, I chose to give this answer right away.

Is starkiller base really Ilum? Seems like an absolutely pointless lore addition to starkille base that wasn't hinted in the film at all.

It was confirmed by The Rise of Skywalker Visual Dictionary. The trench was dug out by the Empire to extract the kyber crystals; then the First Order used the trench to build Starkiller base. The superweapon uses the inner core of the planet, made out of kyber crystal, which explains its enormous power once compared to the Death Stars.

I don't believe that the Endor moon in episode nine was the same one as in six

You're thinking about Kef Bir, which is listed in the quiz.

However, there is also a short scene in Episode IX depicting Wicket and his son watching a First Order Star Destroyer getting blown up in orbit of the Forest Moon.
