From Wikpedia: A spin-off is a radio program, television program, video game, or any narrative work, derived from one or more already existing works, that focuses, in particular, in more detail on one aspect of that original work (e.g. a particular topic, character, or event). So yes...

but iCarly is not a spinoff of Drake and Josh. In D&J she is named Megan, and then went by Carly. Then there Crazy Steve who turned into Spencer. No way a spinoff, just used two actors/actress from the show.

iCarly is not a spinoff of Drake and Josh, it's its own series. Sam and Cat would be a spinoff of iCarly. It involves the same characters, unlike D&J and iCarly.

the only relation is the actress...i agree with that. Victorious on the other hand should be the spinoff one for zoey 101

I typed in "Ned's declassified school survival guide" 50 different ways (even once adding "results may very") You should make it a little more lenient so we don't necessarily have to get every single capital and apostrophe, especially since we're being timed.
