Recently I have revisited this quiz and realized that some of the answers may make sense to some, such as Hitler since he was the cause of the Holocaust, however, other people that Americans may consider evil such as Ho Chi Minh may be valued and loved by others. When I created this quiz many years ago, I was only taking into consideration the ones that are considered evil in the American eye. Maybe if I had done more research, this would be a better quiz.
That being said, I am going to still keep this quiz up, however, I understand the negative reviews I am receiving on it and I apologize for any misconceptions that people have towards this work.
I will change some of the people later. As I mentioned in my caveat, not all of these people are necessarily considered evil by some people, but in examples like the Khan, his army slaughtered anyone they came across and even killed children. King George III I'll probably change soon, but thank you for the options! =)
Quite surprised to see Ho Chi Minh appearing here. He is revered by the Vietnamese as the one who led Vietnam to independence, firstly from the French, then the Americans (though he died before the end of the Vietnam War). He is seen a similar way in Vietnam to how Americans look upon George Washington.
He was a dictator who led a single-party state where there was no freedom of speech. That's his main difference with Washington, who helped establish a democratic (although not perfect) system and resigned after two terms.
Hirohito? He was aware of the crimes being committed, but didn't order any himself. In fact, he tried to stop some of them and (albiet near the end) tried to end the war. Questionable, yes, but not evil.
Hirohito wasn't really the cause of Japan's entry. If you really want a Japanese World War II instigator, put in Hideki Tojo instead. He was the Prime Minister of Japan who the Allies threw in jail after the War. He died in 1947. Hirohito wasn't even accused of any war crimes. The only thing Hirohito had to do was to make Japan's monarchy a constitutional monarchy.
Also, I wouldn't say that Lenin or Castro is as evil as Americans say they are. Lenin created a revolution against a far more evil, weaker Tsar. Castro was a puppet in the hands of Khrushchev and Brezhnev. The rest of them (other than Hirohito, Lenin, and Castro), definitely the scourge(s) of the Earth.

Edit: Changed Hirohito to Tojo. Good insight!! =)
I might change Lenin later, but I am keeping Castro.
