Is "British" an ethnicity or a citizenship? A person born in London to parents from Cork, for example, would be Irish by ethnicity but British by citizenship?

Ethnicity is really a factual term, so British isn't an ethnicity much like American or Nigerian isn't an ethnicity, English is an ethnicity, much like Han Chinese, Sindhi or German. This quiz is based off of self-perceived ethnic identity in the UK.
