Isabel is Elisabeth in English, yes. Elisabeth is the Scottish English equivalent of Elizabeth and both work as answers when typed in. See this article for clarification.

Elisabeth is in fact the English equivalent of Isabel. Feel free to check the Wikipedia article. 'Elisabeth' (as opposed to 'Elizabeth') is listed in the Wikipedia article and is also the Scottish English spelling (I am writing from Scotland), though either type-in works for this quiz.
