I just did a quiz like this myself, and I don't think this list is entirely accurate... it's figured a different way, but still.... it misses all the island countries in the Carribbean, and where's Zimbabwe? Their public debt alone is more than 200% of GDP.

I don't know what figure you used, but it's definitly not accurate. I think this list only includes western countries and for some reason Israel, but I know for a fact that the Netherlands is not supposed to be in the top ten, in fact according to this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_public_debt, its not even in the top 100.
