Dynamite is the substance discovered by Alfred Nobel, "Dynomite" is the catch phrase of Jimmy Walker from "Good Times." The Milikan one is also very confusing. Milikan neither discovered Cosmic Rays nor the photoelectric effect. He worked on those things, but is certainly much better known for his determination of the charge of the electron through his oil drop experiment. If I wanted you to guess Einstein, for example, I wouldn't have given the hint of "hidden variables, refrigeration," unless I was purposefully trying to make the quiz unnecessarily difficult.
