The Prime Minister of Malaysia is Muhyiddin Yassin, who is only 73 years old. He is younger than Joe Biden (President of the US, 78), as well as Paul Biya (president of Cameroon, 88), Michel Aoun (president of Lebanon, 87), Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud (King of Saudi Arabia, 85), Pope Francis (head of Vatican City, 84), King Harald V (King of Norway, 84), Cornelius Smith (Governor-General of the Bahamas, 84), among many others.

Not sure if this was supposed to be oldest ever, but if so, it looks like Mahathis Mohamad (recently resigned prime minister of Malaysia, 94), was still younger than at least four other heads of state: Abdul Momin (Sultan of Brunei, 96), Hastings Banda (president of Malawi, 96), Prem Tinsulanonda (regent of Thailand, 96), and George Tupou I (King of Tonga, 95), plus Queen Elizabeth (95), if you count her as head of government.

So so sorry for not replying to this sooner! I'm guessing you're probably not checking this quiz anymore, but I think people are still taking it, so I'll address it.

I was referring to Mahathir Mohamed. I realize that the wording of that clue was confusing since he isn't currently serving, so I changed it. Also, I didn't know about Prem Tinsulanonda or George Tupou, so I added them. I wouldn't consider Queen Elizabeth head of government. Once again, sorry for the misunderstanding, and thanks for correcting me!

way too hard and confusing questions, they should be clearer and more open to people not speaking english that well. still very creative.

Um the average score is 12. Seems to indicate most people are doing pretty well here. Also, there are quite a lot of people on this site who don't speak English as a first language, and I haven't heard complaints from any of them, nor do I see any particularly confusing questions (maybe the HDI one a little bit, but the others seem fine to me). I also tried to keep this in line with other "Countries That Beat" quizzes as much as possible, so I think it's a fair level of difficulty.

If you have any specific complaints I'd be willing to hear them, but I'm not planning on making these questions easier.

I don't really like the HDI question, the "Very High" designation is pretty arbitrary, and there's not really much that can be done for that question besides guessing countries that are similar to Malaysia in terms of wealth/development. Other than that it's a good quiz, nice job!

Yeah I agree, it's very arbitrary. I only put it on there because I couldn't think of anything else. I'll try to replace it the next time I update this quiz... thanks for the suggestion!

The HDI question is just not good quizzing. Malaysia is tied for 62nd in the world, and I'm supposed to know who is 64th, 65th, and 66th?

Everything else is good.
