Percy Jackson first slayed Mrs. Dobbs who was a FURY, which then made him slay the minotaur so the first monster he slayed was the fury.

Percy slayed the fury, Mrs. Dodds in the book. But mr. brunner scared away the Fury in the movie. so i depends what you are reffering too
