European countries outside the Schengen Area

Find which european countries are not officially part of the Schengen Area. I included some countries that are considered transcontinental (lying both in Europe and Asia) and one country that is not a member of the UN but is considered a "potential candidate" by the EU. The three last countries are not de jure part of the Schengen Area, but they act as if they were.
