I think it's Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte. I have trouble spelling it right too, but I thought I'd point it out in case someone takes this quiz and then tries one where it asks for the cities and won't just accept Kotte.

sorry, but whoever told you that Karlsruhe is the second capital of Germany? It is not true. And it has never been. The German Supreme Court is placed in Karlsruhe, that's it.

Uhm.....Netherlands has just one capital. The parlement is The Hague, and if i'm not mistaking that is also the capital of the province, but The Hague has no official status as capital in the Netherlands.
