Portugal was neutral in WWII, The Philippines where a USA territories and Brazil where not a main allied power.

What even is this? Netherlands isn't included but Portugal and Brazil are? Netherlands was invaded and occupied but Brazil sent a volunteer force. But I don't understand any of this, it doesn't make sense at all. What defines a major player? Because Denmark isn't on here but Portugal is, they weren't even in the war.

WTF Why Brazil or Portugal is included?

Brazil sent volunteers to Allies but Porutgal was neutral,

Japan occupied Porutgese Timor,but Portugal wasn't

declared an Allied Power.

Why Netherlands is not included?

They fought since 1940 to 1945

Brazil did declare war in 1944 if I remember correctly but yeah you're right. They certainly aren't a, "major" allied power.
