Yes, but it's fascinating about the Bolivia navy: it really does have 173 ships. I believe Peru grants Bolivia docking rights.

And a lot of the Bolivian Navy's vessels are stationed on Lake Titicaca.

The strength of a Navy does not depend on its number of ships and submarines. Surprised not to see the UK, France and Germany on here. And this quiz seems to imply that North Korea has the world's strongest navy :D
