This quiz is full of errors. Using the standard medical abbreviation of "#" for fracture: Firstly, these are not mutually exclusive. For example a Colles' # (which you have mispelt), could be open or closed, could be simple or impacted, etc. The term compound # is the old-fashioned term for open #, the two being synonymous. The Colles # is of a specific anatomical location (the wrist) and the Potts classification refers to ankle #s - there are different types of Potts #s. Spiral # refers to the shape of the # so you might just as well include oblique, transverse, butterfly fragment etc. The march # is a specific type of stress # and if you are going to include the aetiological factors then you would have to include pathological #s such as malignant or osteoporotic.
