Interstate 10 cities

Pensacola will be removed. Doesn't meet population requirements. There's another I-10 quiz that used 150,000 as the yard stick and it gets silly. Maybe I'll re-write this one at 200,000 city proper or just change it to 250,000 metro pop. Still a work in order, just need to find the filter that gives several, but not dozens, of cities.
