Third-Largest Cities Over 1M

Name all the cities that are the third-largest in their countries and have a population of over 1,000,000.
For an additional hint, the first letter of the city name is given.
Note about the "OR" question: citypop gives the same urban agglomeration population for this country's 2nd and 3rd largest cities. Wikipedia says one has a larger metro population and the other has a larger urban area population. Either will be accepted.

The two Valencias are not an error; the 3rd-largest city in Spain and the 3rd-largest city in Venezuela are both called "Valencia."

Updated for the latest numbers. Two new cities are now on the list!

Annoyingly, "Valencia" is still the third-largest city in both Spain and Venezuela, and the second- and third-largest cities in Iran are still the same population according to the source.
