Excellent! A very nice quiz setup where knowledge is required but you don't need to know all answers and you have ways of giving educated guessed to the ones you don't know
Interesting idea, but why are there only 99 islands? are there two islands of exactly the same size at position 100? Is there a dispute about the 100th?
Isla Grande TDL very suspicious island name. Especially when it's called by its correct name in the answer column.
Other than that pretty good quiz. Kind of lame Canadian island game, since it's so hard to say which is the closest neighbor for quite a few of them so it's just a lot of trial-and-error, but it's not like that's your fault. Somewhat the inverse in the case of New Guinea, which was several times closer than another possibility I thought I'd be clever for knowing. Ah well.
its just an abbreviation for "Isla Grande de Tierra del Fuego".
Sorry for the lame Canadian Islands game, but that's just what the quiz is about. If someone is very good with the locations of the Canadian Islands, then they would probably be able to get most of them on the first or second try, but I understand that it can get a little bit frustrating.
Great quiz, but is the answer for Kotelny right? When measuring on google-maps, the distance Kotelny-Ellesmere Island is around 2200 km, and Kotelny-Severny Island around 1700 km. What source is used?
To be fair, I don't know what source I used when I first made the quiz four years ago. I've redone the quiz and measured every distance with Google Maps now with has changed a few answers (including Kotenly Island, yes).
