Vowel-uniform countries

What countries have only one kind of vowel in their name?
Y is considered vowel if it makes an /i/ sound or consonant if it makes a /j/ sound
In the case of former, Y is counted as I. For example: Italy has two I's and one A, so it does not make the list; if there were a country named ITILY, it would make the list
W is considered consonant
So-called "Kosovo" not counted
