St John's should be the primary answer, because St John's Newfoundland and Saint John New Brunswick are each spelt that way to avoid confusion with each other.

FYI I visited Kingston, Norfolk Island, and it has about ten houses in it. It must be the smallest capital "city" in the world!

Bergen is also a good one, being a town in Norway, the Netherlands and Belgium (there also being called Mons).

I think lots of these aren't really cities. Bangor in Wales isn't for sure.

Ah, right. Maybe "towns" would have been better. It's hard to tell what something counts as when you use an atlas for reference.
