How are the Marshall Islands not on this list? They average 6 feet above sea level, and are one of the 4 only all-atoll nations in the world (along with Kiribati, Maldives, and Tuvalu, all of which are on the list).

PS -- I wouldn't use the Huffington Post as an authority on anything, let alone which countries are actually most at risk by sea level rise.

Maybe they considering population loss/displacement as well as property and resource damage? It doesn't seem like a complete list to me, either.

the Netherlands; if the sea rises 1m most of the land and almost all of the population is underwater.

I cannot believe that the Netherlands isn't on this list! - The very name Nederland (beneath or low land) indicates that it is below sea level!

A good idea for a quiz but I think that you need to state your criteria for being most at risk. Population displacement? How much sea level rise required to submerge the entire country? Or half of it? Economic effects?
