Smallest Cities in the USA

Guess these incorporated areas (cities, towns, townships, etc) with a population of 10 or less.
Each state defines 'city' a bit differently, so please forgive any seeming inconsistency.
As a side note, the Dakotas seem to be a bit over-incorporated.
With Apologies to Hawaii, which apparently doesn't incorporate ANY of its towns...

Really good idea for a quiz! Was a total shot in the dark, though, since I didn't know any of them. Guessed random city names....still didn't get any. Oh well.

This is hysterical! Unfortunately I scored zero due to inaccurate attempts to fluke at least one. How many councilors on Greenhorn's city council? How do they elect the mayor?

Yeah, this was the result of a pointless digression into how big a town had to be to be called a 'city.' After finding the Oregon and Idaho towns, I was really hoping to find one with a single resident, but no such luck...

Is Buford no longer a town since the owner sold it?

Hmm, I assume you're referring to the town of Buford, Wyoming? From what I can tell, the town was never incorporated, so cannot be called a 'city' even under my loose definition of the term.
