Districts of England

Below the county level, England is divided into 296 local government districts. There are several different types, including non-metropolitan districts, metropolitan districts, London boroughs, sui generis authorities, and unitary authorities. Can you name them all?
England is part of the United Kingdom, not another name for it. This quiz is not about districts in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland.

Wow, after learning the districts, I had gotten pretty confident with naming all of them with a map. But then I tried this one. There was always some I was missing but eventually I got all of them in only 15m.
