ABC: The Remaining A Presses

The ongoing ABC, or A Button Challenge, is a TAS challenge that aims to collect all 120 power stars within Super Mario 64 in as few A presses as possible. Name every unique A press that has yet to be saved based on its location. Current Total: 15 A Presses
Here is the page I used for this quiz: https://ukikipedia.net/wiki/A_Button_Challenge
Half A presses are not included, as they simply leach off of one of the "main" A presses and are therefore not unique.
I apologize for the arbitrary setup, but this quiz is primarily here to draw attention to the work of the ABC crew rather than provide a challenge as a quiz.

An a press name is an a press name. You can’t say it’s only arbitrary.

Well, TJ "Henry" Insaniot, here me out. Some of these names are based on the star titles, where as others are based on going somewhere or entering something. This anomaly is referred to as an Arbitrary Universe, since it is neither perfectly clear nor completely directionless.
