This was quite challenging. It's really just a list of all the countries that don't require visas from any countries, and the list is very random. I expected to be able to get a lot once I landed on the right part of the world, but they are kind of all over the place.
Most welcoming country in europe is Kosovo scoring 109 (Armenia is listed under europe though with 132) and Dominica is the highest N-american one with 197. Canada and USA are the lowest scoring ones in N-america with scores of 54 and 44.
ow and lowest scoring European one is Ukraine with 71.
I limited it to the top 21 because they are all equal. If it was all the countries it would just be the countries of the world quiz. the key is to think which countries want to welcome others so that they might have a chance of being let in to those places (e.g in Europe or N America). Hopefully it helps that they are in alphabetical order.
A bit of extra info: the source also lists Macau, Hongkong and Palestinian territories, it uses 199 countries.
I liked how you separated them by continent, cause indeed it is quite hard to guess (their specific rank, to guess which are high low or medium isnt hard). Also good that you have the caveat that visa on arrival is included, I missed that on the most powerful passports quiz (and it is rather important information imo, cause technically, you do need a visa for those countries, just less hassle, a simpler variant and in some cases free of charge).
there is no country in the world that applies the same visa rules for every other country, citizens of countries nearby like Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, do not require any visa;
+ welcoming on that site means that you don't need to get a visa from a consulate/embassy, so that doesn't apply to visa on border (which is a separate category)
