Noam (נועם) isn't the origin of Noah, the origin of Noah is Noaḥ/Noach/Noaħ (נוח), but it is most of the time romanized as Noah

The origin of Noah isn’t Noam. The origin of Noah is the same but with a guttural ‘h’ at the end. The meaning of Noah means rest. The meaning of Noam means pleasantness.
