This is an interesting one. A deported Polish noble established the state of Jaxa in a village called Albazino near the modern day eastern China-Russia border. It lasted from 1665 to 1685.

Nominated! I want to give so much praise, but the map says it all. I'm have a third of Polish ancestry, but I think that people who reside in or have connections with Poland will like it even better than I do.

Hungary had a Polish king at multiple points in time (sometimes even ending up in sharing the same monarch as Poland) and at the time was a lot bigger and bordered the Adriatic Sea.

Cameroon: An expedition that resulted in an attempt to establish a Polish community by a Polish nobleman in 1882. It was short-lived and the Poles left the same year.

Madagascar: Maurice Benyovszky, a Hungarian-Polish nobleman originally intended to set up a French trading post on Madagascar in 1773, only to be proclaimed king by the locals there. He departed in 1776 and then came back in 1785, only to be murdered by the French the following year.
