Interesting how there's Espoo and Vantaa but not Helsinki. The two were not granted city status until 1970's and even nowadays they're more suburbs of Helsinki than real towns.They probably should be combined as Helsinki. Also Lahti was granted city stated in 1905, I guess it should be Hämeenlinna (formed 1639).

This is all in historical context, meaning that putting these towns/cities under different ones would just be incorrect regardless of them only obtaining "city status" at a later point.

e.g. Greater Helsinki most certainly did not exist in 1658, especially as Helsinki was estimated at about 1,000 inhabitants along with other Finnish cities like Jyväskylä, Oulu and Pori.
