US state capitals then & now

Can you guess the capitals of the US states at three points in time?
Point 1: First ever! (Before statehood, marked with ** if outside present state's borders)
Point 2: At statehood (Thirteen colonies statehood is 1776 despite later ratification in cases, see source as in caveat)
Point 3: Present day.
All out of state capitals are, still, within the US of today, except for one that is in Mexico of today.
A few of the places are no longer inhabited.
Some states used to have more than one capital.

The source claims it was then spelled Plimouth.

Additionally, I checked from other sources and it's not only confirmed, but there are two more acceptable spellings. So, four in total.

Really hard quiz, especially for Florida. Have to know your history. Great idea. Nominated.
