Alliterative US-Places A-Z

Name these alliterative cities, towns, CDPs and communities in the United States.
Alliteration does not necessarily mean starting with the same letter, but instead the same sound. (K is an example)

We used different sources for research, so the list may be incomplete. If anyone knows (inhabited) places for the remaining letters, feel free to let me know and I might add them to the quiz.

I think the final letters will be really tough, but a related quiz idea - how about the (say) 20 largest cities with alliterative names? And for the whole world?

Thanks for your comments. I already have a world version in mind, it will be one of my next projects.

About your other comment, just typing "nd" would have worked for East End, since the "E" is already given as first letter.

Nice idea! When I typed "End" it gave me the point for Ken Caryl instead - and I forgot got to try "End" again, so I ended up with E being "wrong"!
