Updated 6/25/22 to reflect the current state of NPS sites. Also, I improved the geoprocessing logic to go based on the full boundaries of the park rather than just centroids. Also, I have significantly automated the process so this quiz will be easier to update in the future. Enjoy!

Even though I knew only 2 national parks (Denali and Yellowstone), I ended up getting 231 correct. This is really an advantage of proximity quizzes. Well made!

Not all National Recreation Areas are managed by the NPS (though some are). Mount Rogers happens to be under the administration of the Forest Service, and therefore isn't listed here.

I think the idea behind creating this quiz is great especially for a national park aficionado like myself. But you need to give maybe double the time allowed, it's way too short!

I love this quiz! I think Olympic should light up Klondike though. Or is it because the center of the park is in Alaska?

Yea, this quiz is currently out of date in many more ways than that and I haven't had the time to go back and try to parse my own excel spaghetti to update it. Always comment your code, kids.
