Food named after cities

Given a country and a type of food, can you guess the city in that country the food is named for?
If multiple such foods exist, guess the most famous
Modern, English spellings of the cities are not always the same as the spelling for the food. Either are accepted.

For Thailand, "garlic-chile sauce" should be "garlic-chili sauce".

Surprised to not see Frankfurter. I'm a big fan of Parisian potatoes. Haven't had Chicago-style pizza, but I'm curious.

And, before anyone else says it, technically Worcestershire sauce is not named after the city of Worcester, but after the county of Worcestershire.

I considered Frankfurter, but I was trying to diversify the countries of origin. As to Worcestershire, sauce is named for the county which is named for the city. Jaffa cakes similarly have a two-step etymology. A Levantine orange cultivated in Jaffa was named the Jaffa orange, and the cakes were then named for this orange.

That's why I said "technically". The sauce is named for the county and the county is named for the city. Of course, someone chose to call it Worcestershire sauce instead of Worcester sauce, so it was directly named for the county and indirectly named for the city.
