Why exactly is Gateway Arch a national park? National Parks are supposed to be nature, not a man made structure.

I wondered the same thing. It is in my opinion the least impressive of the 51 parks I've been to. To hold it in the same regard as Yellowstone is crazy.

Its just because people are more likely to visit a national park than a national monument. Declaring it a national park was just for profit.

Good quiz. I believe White Sands should be added for "dedicated after 2000" and Great Smoky Mountains for "Contains the highest point in its state"

White Sands was already an answer. But I did somehow forget about Clingman's Dome. Thanks for the correction.

As a national park fanatic, this was one of the easiest quizzes I've taken on the site. That said, it's a great quiz for those who don't know as much about parks. Nominated.

Every other quiz on this site involving national parks doesn’t require great when referring to the Smoky Mountains. Just saying…
