No, there are two Kansas Cities, one in Missouri, one in Kansas. They are completely separately incorporated cities in different states.

Idaho Falls has 62,888 inhabitants, Iowa City has 75,130 inhabitants and Iowa Falls has 5.059 inhabitants. They're all too small to appear on the quiz.
