Great quiz! I'd suggest two small changes, though: Al-Razi clearly didn't invent alcohol, it'd been consumed by humans for millennia prior to him, so I'd state in the prompt that he "named" it, perhaps. Then, I'd maybe accept geography as a subject Ibn Khaldun could be considered the father of as well.
