Not Egypt? I'd imagine that with the city of Gaza swapping hands so often between the Ptolemies and the Seleucids, the Seleucid borders must have extended further southwest along the coast into what is now Egypt; it only takes a few more kilometres... I know that both the geography of the area and the length of time that has passed since the time of the Syrian Wars makes it difficult to be certain about these things, but I'd be willing to put money on some part of modern Egypt having been under Seleucid rule at some point.
