Toxicology is the study of toxins and poisons, not the understanding of many disciplines. Do you mean "polymathism"?

Yep. At time of writing there's 0% for Toxicology, because there's no obvious, or even non-obvious way to get from the clue to the answer (nor any obvious connection to Spain). At least with some of the other odd clues it's possible to see the answer, and think "Oh, that's what they meant!", but not this one - it just looks like the wrong clue got put with the wrong answer.
