I had to look up what "roundball" meant.

I tried looking it up, and did not get basketball out of it. If the clue was bball, hoops, etc, Jordan would have been way more obvious.

I agree with that- poor clue. Missed the Jordan "clue" and Howie Mandel. Almost missed Gandhi- kept spelling it wrong, but got it in the end.

Maybe that's the point - the question is really asking whether you know what roundball is. I didn't.

You should accept alternate spellings for Carville. I'd at least give it to anyone who types Carvil or Carvill.

A guy like Carville is someone people are likely to have heard about, not necessarily read about. Therefore, it is very likely that many who actually know the correct answer will have difficulty spelling his name precisely. I agree that some latitude should be given here.

Especially since you need to misspell Telly Savalas' last name in order to precisely match what this quiz has for the correct answer.

I re-checked, and "Savalas" or "Terry Savalas" would have worked, in addition to a number of misspellings.

How the heck did I get the Letterman and Dr Phil questions? They don't show that stuff outside of America... thankfully. :) Shoulda got George Foreman though.

I know that Telly Savales is the original Kojak, but Ving Rhames played a modern version of him as well, and is also bald. Can you please accept Rhames as an alternate answer or change the clue to fit the original TV series?

Just could not come up with James Carville. I could see his ugly mug and knew it was James C____. I just couldn't think of what came after the C. Dangit!

It's really generous of you to accept "Lama" for the Dalai Lama, but just so you know, that's just the least-exotic part of a two-word title. It's sorta like looking for the answer "President Rutherford B. Hayes" and accepting "president".
