Highest Elevation and Most Populous Combined U.S. Cities

These are the 15 U.S. Cities which have the highest elevation MULTIPLIED by their population (i.e. use cities that are very populous and at least a bit above sea level), Have Fun!
Sorry if the title doesn't fully describe this quiz, this one was particularly hard to title.
Elevations are in feet, populations are city limits.
This quiz took a while to make, because the source I was getting my population numbers from updated halfway through. So I had to re-do half the quiz. It wasn't very fun.
Surprisingly, Lubbock, TX comes in 16th.

Not too surprising about Lubbock. It has a relatively high elevation.
